~INGREDIENTS
- Boneless chicken thigh 150g
- Potato starch 1 cup
- Oil for frying
- Sweet Onion half
- Carrot 1
- Red/Green pepper 1
- Red/Green Chilli 3-4
- Garlic cloves 3
- Ginger slices 3
- Spring Onion 2/3
~Marinate for Chicken
- Sesame Oil 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Ginger & Garlic paste 1 tsp
~Spice Mix
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Chinese Five Spice 1/4 tsp
- Chicken powder/dashi powder 1/2 tsp ( Optional )

This looks really tasty, thank you! I'm going to use white pepper for the marinade because I find it much hotter than black, but I'll sprinkle a bit of black pepper into the potato starch for some visual appeal. Nice tip too, inserting the chopstick in the oil to check that it is not too hot or too cool. (I always fry the onions first then the garlic, because I tend to burn the garlic if I fry that first, but that's just me!)
