We do see black holes being used in the series, but not by her. Spoilers ahead, they are used to destroy a gray goo like entity, and the way they manage to put matter under enough pressure to create one is by focusing four extremely high end attacks into a single point

@@steinerxyz I don't think you can make the claim that Milim has gotten any real experience as a fighter. The only fight Milim has ever been in where she was unable to end it instantly was her fight with Guy and in that fight she had gone mad with rage. That would be like saying you could get real experience as a fighter by fighting a little kid. I'm not saying Milim sucks as fighter, but Guy is as old as the world and has been in a ton of real fights.
