Couple recommendations from a powerlifter who been training close to decade. From warching your bench. I can tell you need to do more floor press. At least once a week. Train like you compete. Always walk your squat back not forwards. Still would recommend even if you dont compete for the safetly element of it. Also, find you a powerlifting gym those bars ar crunch are crap.
