May I know what is the tire pressure you have those two sets of tires?

We are running 30 psi in all of the tires we are testing. Max PSI ranged from 32 to 45 for the range of tires and we did not want to air down and air up while out there in the sand or on the road. 30 is a pretty set-it and forget it pressure. -- Kyle & the Chap Moto Team

How does the k784 wear on the road? I have to ride quite a bit of pavement to get to my off road spots, so I need a tire that will hold up well on the pavement, yet perform decently off road.

Yes, this tire would work on your KTM 250... but I would probably go with a lighter weight dirt tire for that bike. Something like a Pirelli MT21 or a Motoz Tractionator Enduro IT.... -- Kyle & the Chap Moto Team

Hello, yes you are correct. They do ok in deep sand but aren't the best option. For deep sand we found the Pirelli Scorpion Rally and Motoz Tractionator Rallz to be better options. Thanks for watching.
