for 12 rolls:
2 cups of water,
2 tbsp of oil,
2 tsp of salt,
2 tsp of sugar,
6 cups of flour,
14 g of dry yeast
the glaze: 100 ml of water, 1 tsp of flour or 1/2 tsp of potato starch or corn starch
Combine the yeast, flour and sugar, set aside for 5 minutes, until activated. Add to to flour and salt, knead for about 10 to 15 minutes. After 8 minutes of kneading, add oil. Add more flour, if the dough is to sticky. Form a ball out of the dough, cover with kitchen towel and let it rise for about an hour. Form 12 rolls and place them on a baking tray, lined with parchment paper. Lei it sit for additional 30-40 minutes. Prepare the glaze: boil the water with flour and salt. Cut each roll, using a sharp knife and brush them generously with warm glaze. Bake in 200 C for about 25-30 minutes.
