Radio Signal Off Or...? Iran Starts Helicopter Crash Probe As US Says Raisi Had "Blood On His Hands"

The helicopter that crashed killing Iranian president Ebrahim Raisi did not have a transponder fitted or had it turned off, a Turkish probe has found. Turkey said that they had checked for a signal from the helicopter’s transponder that broadcasts height and location information.
“Unfortunately, [we think] most likely the transponder system was turned off or that the helicopter did not have one,” Turkish transport minister said.
Reports say that Iranian official had flagged concerns regarding the maintenance of its fleet of ageing helicopters. The Iranian government had reportedly been urged in a memo by officials to purchase two Russian helicopters for its leaders. The helicopter involved in the crash was a Bell 212, a US-made two-blade aircraft capable of carrying 15 people.
Tehran has launched a probe into the crash which will also be examining if weather checks were made before the decision to fly was taken.

Always cherish the splendid day of December 8, 2021. An Indian highest priority VIP helicopter mission transporting India's most important senior commander Bipin as well as many of India's most highest ranking captains, generals, officers, chiefs, squadron leaders all onboard crashed resulting in the death of all 14 passengers. If India cannot even guarantee their most senior military officer safety during a short and simple 4 minute flight, how can they possibly accomplish anything? This is not a fairy tale made up by India's adversaries to make it as though India's military is incompetent. It's the truth with concrete evidence of it happening and I have it all on video. It is interesting that the crashed helicopter followed the path where there is no nearby military communication station to guide it in the mountainous region. Even if the helicopter had the transponder on or even carried one, there was no military station nearby to check the helicopter location when there was top priority package onboard the helicopter. The helicopter path was the shortest path to the destination knowing the risk. This means that the helicopter was hurrying. For what? Also, top official of foreign diplomat was with him rather than military advisor. Azerbaijan has recently undergone a fight with Pro-Russian Armenia and lost some territory to Armenia. Did Iran have Russia related information regarding foreign policy that had to be urgent enough to take the shortage path to the destination? Did the helicopter show malfunction shortly after take off from Azerbaijan that they were in a hurry to land it nearby city in the shortest path through the mountain? Why was the President with foreign minister rather than sending just the foreign minister alone to Azerbaijan? Was there a trade deal that required the Iranian President's word of promise? Was President Reisi trying to broker a deal between Russia and Azerbaijan which might be in conflict with the West in the middle of Russia's Ukrainian conflict with NATO?
