It's not the drawing for the brother. It is the teddy. You can see how he throws the letter and the familly picture away when he goes from the barn to the house, but he keeps the bear, so it can't be the picture if he throws it away without any second thought. It kills people who can't let go of grief, not people who are materialistic... so no, it did not kill the mother because she "valued her pearls too much." It killed her because she couldn't get over the grief of her dead son. The necklace was just a meaningless trinket used to show off the Look-See's powers; the mother had previously broken it to get it off her neck, and it was then magically repaired and placed in the dead son's hands. Besides, when she died she was putting her hand on top of the child's (something commonly done by grieving people when standing over the corpse of a loved one), not trying to take the necklace. It also didn't kill the husband over fucking up, because again, it seems to kill exclusively over grief. The implication there was a bit more vague but seemed to be that he couldn't get over a failed business; grief for personal failings. If you need further proof, just look at the thief it let go. That guy was materialistic like the mother (killed someone over money), and a dumbass like the father (clearly wasn't built for making good decisions), but he got let go because he very clearly felt no grief. There was an effort made to show that man was a bad person, and quite a bold one too; he didn't care about his dead comrades and immediately tried to kill the Look-See without hesitation, then just stared it down when he was caught. He had no grief over killing someone, and when faced with death the only thing he was concerned with was staring it right in the face. It didn't care that he was materialistic, a bad person or a fuckup; just that when he was about to die, he had no regrets.

this has nothing to do with the story, but I suspect that the Look-See cant move or teleport himself elsewhere when being looked at. however, he has the ability to teleport and manipulate objects around him. causing people looking right at him to get distracted by something else so he can move. for instance, when that one guy was crawling away from it, the paper came out of nowhere, he got distracted allowing the Look-See to move. Note: when I said "move" I meant that as relocating himself to a different location. but I can understand the confusion, sorry XD

Yeah but it never will unless they get massive funding, it's already taking a lot of time and effort to put these short seasons up. None the less, I would like to see longer episodes on Netflix, HOWEVER it would kind of ruin the show's feel. Think about it: These short videos have absolutely no dialogue whatsoever, but it is accepted as it does not need any talking for the kind of show that it is as well as the length of each episode. Imagine half an hour of no talking, it would get old after a few episodes (at most, probably just one episode without speech would do me in). The show is perfect in its current state.

I have Netflix, but the cool thing about this channel is accessibility. Putting it on Netflix would also change it because they have to satisfy new bosses. This is more than fine.
