2 tsp oil
2 Tbsp water
30g dried Shrimps
½ tsp chicken powder
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
some ground pepper
1/2 Tbsp corn stach
■ For Skin:
120g Wheat Starch
80g Tapioca Starch
270ml Water
1 Tbsp Shallot Oil or cooking oil
◆ Dipping Sauce :
2 Tbsp sichuan chili oil
1 Tbsp light soy sauce
1 Tbsp black vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp peanut butter
1 tsp roasted white sesame seeds
1 tsp minced garlic
