CM addict here with 68 days clean, currently in rehab and feeling frequently very sad and hopeless at the loss of pleasure, joy and contentment i feel. Really related to your story of needing a connection with G-d, for life and for recovery, and of losing that connection upon relapsing with meth.... (i've also relapsed several times and currently feel so much guilt and shame about my actions in the past months). Meth is the worst..I did opiates for 20 years..meth got me after only a year..I was seeing shadow people..living homeless in a yard with like 20 speedfreaks..it really was a nightmare. Glad its over..F that drug!
