I’ll give you a hint… it was awesome. Awesome crystals, awesome people, and an awesome time.
We found our best and biggest crystals ever, and even some crystals with chlorite inclusions!
Definitely recommend checking them out anytime you are in the area!

G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S!!!!! I definately saw some great necklace crystals in those you held up. What do you do with the monsters? Are they for your own personal collection? Wouldn't I just love to dig thru your entire rock collection. WAY better than running your fingers thru gold. Well, in my opinion anyway. I need to see if there's any kind of rock hounding up here in the farm land around me. Not gem types per se. I love flat, rounded river stones to make necklace pendants. I want to learn to engrave designs on them. I have some, and a rock tumbler that I have yet to use. It's on the burner tho. The tumbler was gifted to me but I need the media to put in it. So, Kelsey, what kind do I need to get? And how do I learn what types of rocks I can tumble together? I'd be ever so grateful for your expert advice. Thanks for sharing this adventure guys!! 🥰🌿♥️🌿🥰

I just buy the 4 part grit sets from Amazon. I’ve tried a couple and I like the National Geographic set the best because the polish seems to work better. Any 4 grit kit will work for your needs though. You can hug the grit in bulk, and it’s cheaper, but I don’t because I wouldn’t have anywhere to keep it and can only tumble when we are parked long term with a power source outside of our house setup.

This place looks much more like what I had imagined an arkansas crystal mine to be. I was disappointed to see so many mines down there just dump tailings that all the nice stuff has been removed from, so your'e basically paying to root through their dumpster. THIS is much more what I imagined it would and should be.
