I had my steam account locked while playing CS2 like 2 months ago after commenting something "suspicious" on my friends profile (it was just a copypasta that had the word credit card in it) and I got kicked out of my game and couldn't play until after I resolved it with steam, so that is not something new.

Same, in case i found out if you write 'buy' on any of the steam comments it gets automatically gets your account community/locked banned until you contact support to confirm you are not a bot. I got community banned on 1st round of premier, you get disconnected. Then steam support lifted the ban on 11th round which i joined match again :D

I think that scoreboard fix accepting keyboard input is sometimes your character would stop walking when pressing the scoreboard for a split second and having to press w again to walk. Could be wrong, going to check this out tomorrow.

1:10 that sometimes happens to me as well - I just turn to the direction I am going and press the key that would move me in the direction I seem to be moving, then it stops. That bug seems to be there for a while if I am thinking about that specific one

I had the movement bug for.months, in my case is 100% related to having a sim wheel connected and the only solution for that was reconnect to the server. I hope is fixed because it was really annoying.

This is a good move! The problem is that it doesn't show the skins of weapons that you didn't buy in the purchase menu (I think the problem is fix) and the skin weapons of the opposing team!

I’ve had a bug since October 2023 where many things in the chat just don’t appear. The only things I can see are when my teammates talk in team/all chat, when people do team damage, and kill rewards. And no, it’s not a case of me having the enemy team muted. I also can’t see teammate’s nade callouts/radio commands or pings, or my own. Although, I CAN see the enemy chat through the console, but that’s it. I’ve sent 3 tickets I think to valve, but as far as I know I’m the only one experiencing this, so I can’t blame them. Also, I’m not pre-muted or anything. I hardly ever smack talk anyone out of fear I’ll lose after lmfao

my friend had that automatic move issue without having a joystick or anything, at the same time he had that problem my sensitivity was suddenly way too high (and higher on one axis than the other) and i think switching weapons or something else caused me to not be able to move my mouse at all maybe it was a coincidence

for me personally as a matchmakin sweatlord the game peaked after the "anti-cheat" update a feww weeks ago. i can play Premier/MM and "only" face as many cheaters comparably to csgo. just my feeling tho

I don't really understand why people don't just play faceit. I have completely given up on Premier and on faceit everything is as it used to be in CSGO. I couldn't care less about an operation or a case and honestly Valve should focus on fixing the cheating situation before they put effort in creating another operation.

the moving automatically bug has been happening to me for years even back in csgo. the bug only happened after getting kicked from a match(by the server or teammates) and then joining a new game. i think its somehow connenct to my launch options. the way i fixed it was simply typing the opposite action into the console (-forward)

It's great that bot farming is reduced, but in deathmatch bots are more developed, like standing there and killing with no movement. I have seen plenty of them. Bots are using aim hacks to get a kill in order to earn XP fast for the case.

Really hope they improve things, performance is awful, we should have the option to disable agent skins on enemies, disable blood decals(they still take up gpu power when they go invisible), give more support to community servers and get all gamemodes back, also map based factions would be nice but i guess they want to avoid controversy with real life events

I generally don’t understand the big problem with the bot farms. I mean, if the cases are still going into circulation of the steam market and you can still buy them yourself or the items are still going into the steam market because people are opening and selling them, I don’t understand what the problem is.

It was a much bigger problem in CSGO than it is now in CS2. Still not a good look for Valve when someone joins a casual server and gets votekicked by AFK bots that are just farming cases. The other side, and again not as much of a problem now, is inflation. If they were able to introduce say an extra 500 cases per week to the market, that would drive ALL prices down (including the rare skins) as more cases = more skins being unboxed. Supply & Demand would dictate that a higher supply = less demand and lower prices. It's more for the traders that place real values on pixels. 500 cases isn't that much in the grand scheme of things but if you let these bot farms go unchecked it could easily grow exponentially which is why they're trying to stop this before it gets out of control.
