no monocytes are born from myeloid lineage and lymphocytes are born from lymphoid lineage. they are quite different

@@plb1715 No, if there is meningitis then CSF changes must be there. if no change in CSF then it might not be meningitis.

May I know where you get that normal range of WBCs (5 or 8 cell/mm3 please Coz I'm having lots of different values like less than 200 or even less than 2000 Is it because you're referring to values under microscope?
