Hi Chris, Day 2 quit smoking cold turkey. Quit smoking September last year for 5 months and went back to smoking for 6 months intermittently. Need to watch your videos again and recomit myself to stop smoking again. I'm hoping it will be an easy retransition since your videos helped me a lot in those 5 months I quit smoking. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

I'm 6 months in ~ smoke free ~ your words really hit home lately. I've done so well thus far ,so why now is my brain asking me to have just one cig? You're so right, I know it would disappoint myself and change nothing. I'll look into getting your book. 👍😊 thanks!

I quit smoking 6 days ago. Almost a week done. The first 4 days were really hard... but it took me enough tries and I fell off the wagon after a day or two. I have learned through this and I think it was just the right time this time. I wish everyone the best of luck in quitting smoking.

That's exactly what's happening with me! Exactly! Wow. I purposely left my unopened pack of Marlboro Ultra Light 100's in my Van. I woke up Craving a Cigarette. I abstained and put it off all morning. My roommate comes in and says "give me a cigarette" I told him that they're in the Van. 2 more hours passed by and then he comes in again "Give me a Cigarette" I'm like well, I can go to the Van. I ended up going to the Van. I had a cigarette and all that guilt hit me hard. I was like why did I do that? I can go overnight and for an hour or more without the use of nicotine patches or lozenge. I've gone all the way till dark even 8pm 9pm no cigarette. I'm going to have to just NOT BUY ANY CIGARETTES! For me or my Roommate or anyone else!

I quit 3 months ago and the anxiety and suicidal depression have been absolute hell. Funnily enough the week i relapsed and started again was exactly 3 months. I literally couldn't carry on existing/surviving with the depression. It's no way to live. I thought the brain was supposed to have balanced itself out by 3 months!?
