@CSM Practice, Irit Eizips I always love the content discussed, extremely valuable. I'd like to see a video around best ways Saas companies handle increasing their prices or charge fees for certain capabilities. What steps before implementing fees, what steps are taken to communicate with customers, what best practice are recommend for dealing with upset customers, etc. Thanks in advance
