I am considering buying a fairly cheap punching bag to hang in the rafters of my garage so i can get maybe a 30 minute workout every day in to punch, let off some steam and get stronger and work on my self defence. is it smart to get a punching bag if so what kind, keep in mind i am a fairly fit 15 kid who plays football so is there different weights i should consider or what. let me know all you have to say by replying. thanks!

I have a question about fitting a mouth guard? Do you only push it up into your top teeth or do you also bite at the bottom when molding the mouth guard?

I know it's 3months later but yes you do have to bite it at the bottom also :) I just bought this mouthguard and it's my second mouthguard for almost 2months of boxing and it's pretty good and very comfortable, so if you haven't bought it yet (only if you bought a better one) you can still byt it and you won't be dissapointed :)
