20 years ago, the trains that rumbled on CSX rails were far different from what we're normally used to. Join us as we go through an hour and a half of rare lashups, leased power, and everything else under the warm Georgia sun.

Google the FCCA railroad in Chile. They rebuilt a conrail standard cab dash 8, and painted the dates of boperation the locomotive had on conrail the side of the engine. It's nice that that a whole different country is carrying on the memory of conrail.

CSX no longer has the SD50's, C40-8W's or any of their old engines anymore now because they used to their new engines and the rebuilt units.

These were never on VHS, only on DVD. I’m hoping to remaster these for Blu-ray when I retire in two years. Twenty plus years has flown by to me, it sure doesn’t seem that long ago!
