Would I have to worry about the backside of the speaker for if water runs down through the door or would the speaker be fine? And also if I lined the door with sound deadening to prevent it from vibrating would that possibly cause me any problems?

You can do it all with a jig saw.. it'll just not be all perfect looking which is totally fine.

What was the point of the countersink holes in the adapter to door panel when you used flat head screws.... now you have even less material for mounting everything more securely.

If any one knows where to purchase these please advise. The new alpines lack the foam ring that the stocks had. It was not a perfect fit on the Subaru and thus needed drilling. Thanks.

Just another video that is kinda useless unless you have 5 Grand in tools. How many people have a router like that at home. Not many I'm thinking. Obviously you can use a cheap jigsaw things just won't look as perfect but anyone scanning you tube for help I'm imagining is in the middle of a install and they're not looking for the perfect way with perfect tools. Where's that video for the common Man in the driveway.
