You’ll need tweeters in the front if all you have is those 6-1/2s. I’d stick with components tweeters/ midbass speakers; coaxials don’t usually handle as much power and don’t allow you to mount the tweeters higher up to raise the sound stage.

For sure agreed, I will add tweeters later on, I’m just starting the process of building my system together. But they actually sound very good without tweeters they still play pretty high and good I was impressed with them

The more people get into audio 90% will learn that tweeters sound better in front of instead of all around you. If you get in a expensive car you'll notice all the highs in front of you like if you were in a concert. Tahoe is looking mint NGL​@@MiGo713

Somebody said you"ll "need" to run tweeters.... thats subjective and a preferece in reality. Some people dont run tweeters at all depending on the sound they are looking for, the EQ, the mids and highs they are running and their processing. Car Audio in many cases is subjective to the owner of the system. For some reason people like to tell others what they "need" in their system when its dynamic to YOU.

That’s true, I know lots of people that actually don’t like many highs in their vehicles. I do like them in my trucks but I’m happy with the sound these Ct Sounds are putting out right now without extra tweeters, they still play pretty high that I’m satisfied for now and not feel like I’m missing my tweeters 👍🏽

Ive been running four ct neo 8's for years now. They get loud with way less power because the sensitivity is high on them. I run mine on two of the channels on my jp34ab

No, it actually helps with the bass response, they don’t require much space like big subwoofers

Skar npx 6.5 92.5 db 150 rms vs CT Sounds 6.5 neo 97 db 250 rms. CT Sounds are louder when only pushed with factory or aftermarket head unit and handle more power on an amp.
