You find yourself in a shop in downtown Innsmouth (located on the corner of Cosmic Horror Avenue and Eldritch Abomination Lane) which is owned and operated by Cthulhu (Kevin, in English and to his patients and close friends). When he's not busy experimenting on patients at Arkham Sanitarium, he's here at his shop offering a variety of curiosities that he's gathered from across the multiverse, all of which seem to have a tingling, soporific quality about them.
