Dear Charley! I used your CBO 3-3-2 structure and it worked fine. Started my CBO with $50, scaled it a day after to $80 profitable. Then to $100 today but now after the increase I am at $68 Adspend, under $10 CPATC but no sale. Would you scale it down by 50% to $50 again or let it ride or what would you suggest I can do?

I typically aim to increase my ad spend by 10% each week as long as the ad is profitable, continuing until the returns start to decline. When that happens, I hold the current spend for a few days to evaluate the performance. If results worsen compared to the previous increase, I cut the spend by 10% and monitor for a few more days. The goal is to pinpoint the ideal spending level where the ad remains profitable, like it was before the final increase that led to a decline. Once that plateau is found leave it at that, focus on optimizing the ad for greater scalability. Avoid the mistake of scaling too quickly, as it can lead to unnecessary losses. As the professor Charley always says, "Keep it simple and control each variable." It’s better to lose and understand why than to win and not know the reason.

Hey Charley, thanks for the video, I have a question. In your other videos, you mentioned how, ideally, you are going to have a Top of Funnel, Mid of Funnel, Bottom of Funnel ads in 1 CBO campaign letting facebook decides on which to spend on to curate customer journey. My question is, do you think there are exceptions in which we don't actually need to divide the customer journey into those 3 stages? The reason I am asking is because I have never seen success in my business to divide the ads into 3 different stages. Whenever I try to create bottom of funnel ads, it never gets ANY spend. Despite that, I am meeting my target CPA. I am selling pretty low AOV eCommerce product that are not that complicated and does not take a long and complex decision making process. Do you think that some products are easier to sell and have such short customer journey that you don't actually need ads at all 3 stages AND that you only need Top of Funnel Ads? Or do you think that I still need to find and create ads that fit into those 3 funnels?

I think some products dont demand to explain what that is, so you wont need to do tof. For example, cloth, jewelry, bag.

For the 3:2:2, do you create one for each objective (prospecting, retargeting, bottom funnel) or is each ad within the 3:2:2 your "winner" for each individual objective?

Hi, my product is only a summer product, and the Winner ads burned out in the CBO or stopped performing. So I transferred the post IDs to an ASC+ and had a constant ROAS of 3-4 for two weeks. Now the performance has suddenly dropped to a ROAS below 1 for two days, although I really haven't changed anything. What could be the reason for this? I would like to understand this. Maybe you can answer this question for me?
