Those rolls pins on mine just busted on mine. Plow won't come back up. How hard is it to get the body/fender removed to get to that shaft under there by the gas tank?

Not hard at all. Unbolt the seat (optional) the bolts next to it that secure the pan to the frame, remove control pedals, and the floor pan bolts. Remove gas cap and hoist it out. Kinda cumbersome but not terribly difficult.

My 2166 the deck won't go up or down will move and inch up and that's it, i use in the winter for snow removal and the plow lifts and lowers my the deck height any suggestions?

Yeah, I would recommend looking at the lift handle welds, both at the handle itself and the rockshaft that it connects to. it is common for them to fail, but usually on units with the larger decks. There are also roll pins in that rockshaft that can shear under extreme use.
