I Added the 1862 power steering unit to my 782 probably around 2010. The only problem was the steering rod was too long. I ended up cutting a section out of it and just used a sleeve coupler with set screws to put them back together.

So is the whole steering column and orbital off an 1872? Or just the orbital? If it’s from a super, does the steering wheel stick up higher than stock?

@@BryanGushen I used the Whole Steering Column from a 1872 and it does Stick out Further then an Original Steering Column, but you will see in a Future Video, that i changed Steering Wheel back to Original 782
