It’s great that you encourage creativity with what you currently have instead of buying additional sample library XYZ.

A video comparing sample modifications in GA vs Sample Track would be nice, esp. focusing on what is possible with one but not with the other
@lahattec3 жыл бұрын
FYI, when doing the looping via alternate (back and forth) it is better to try to match sample peaks rather than zero crossing. Zero crossing for alternating often results in an abrupt change at the sample loop point.

was wondering about the conttroller you are using on the left? on top desk beside your PC keyboards? what is tthe name and price and were I might purchase?

I'm curious, what is the little silver box just to the left of the computer keyboard with four buttons on the bottom and a big jog/shuttle wheel on the far left of it? I've searched but haven't found it anywhere. Many thanks to anyone who can put me on the path to that.

Hi Dom, loving your insights to Groove Agent thanks. QUESTION: Why do I not HEAR my samples when I select them in media Bay? If I double click, they enter the project window & then I can hear them . .too intense though. .searching for the right sample. Cheers, pierre
@composeraleparis Жыл бұрын
Hi Pierre, if you are using a Control room you must close it. In some instances of Cub it happens: Vari audio - sampler edit, media bay libraries and so on. By default in that instances the sound go stright to the output. Regards

I once wanted to make a drum kit in Groove Agent, but I wanted to make each velocity range of a drum (brass drum for example) to be round robin, as I have 4 samples of hits at 4 different velocity levels each (16 samples in all). I guess GA does not have the ability to incorporate round robin?

How to change the pitch of all cells at once? Is there a master +/-12 pitch? (I mean a master pitch that still keeps the individual pitches of each cell still in place) Or...is it possible to edit several cells at once? For example apply an envelope to several cells/sounds in one go....instead one after the other. Thanks for any help.

some of the dialog boxes appear to have been edited, unless there have been new presentation methods in Cubase 12.... was this made on Cubase 12?
@NeuroticNexus3 жыл бұрын
Nothing I can't see in my Cubase 11 Pro. Perhaps it looks different to you due to HiDPI being used (as he has a 4k large display). Or are you referring to the post editing of the video to just zoom in to some setup boxes which are then highlighted differntly in the video than in the application

Beginner here, why did you put the sounds at the buttons in the groove window, some you put sequentially others you skipped a button.
