Really some very nifty ideas there that I didn't know. Thank you.

@Demis subbed to your channel!! You may have just helped me finish a track which was lacking something with the bass but couldn't put my finger on it!! Props

Can we please have this session as a demo song in Cubase?

Nice tips and thank you for that, however, to me Minimal Techno is a completly different thing :) ... I guess, the older/original concept of minimal techno is in my mind... but regardless, the video is helpfull, so thank you :) - Subscribed to your channel as well.

8:15 - isn't the kick hitting 16x in that range? I'm pretty sure it does.

uh, never touched the eq-p1a. nice stuff

I guess it´s only available on Pro. I got Artist, so, no p1a for me. But there are plenty EQs out there.

When does cubase tidy up these videos and putting stuff like ( part 1/3 ) in the video , its very confusing to find the right order of the playlist. I do want to have a more slow breakdown of these videos . They are not tutorials, so i find them difficult to follow as a beginner : (

How to match track color to mix console channel color? 😅

Please Steinberg, give Cubase full live capability (plugin sandboxing as optional playing mode, plugins loadable live, and a Clip Launcher, full live looping performance toolset)! ❤ I know it wont happen in the next 10-20 years, but still i have to say it 😂

I think you just want Ableton Live in Cubase. Cubase isn't really meant for live performances though. Even if Steinberg would do all this what you ask, the next thing people are asking is Ableton Push support or have Steinberg bring their own version of Push. It would become a nightmare for all the regular users of Cubase that don't use Cubase in a live setting. I think Ableton Live which is used by Giussepe Ottaviani in a live setting is the right thing and Ottaviani is using Cubase in his studio for composition.

erm... I´m graitful that Cubase goes another route! But if you need such "Loop-the-Loop-Clip-Live"-Lounger stuff, then it´s way better to switch to Ableton or Bitwig. Taste is different. I like Cubase for what it is. And don´t get me wrong, I don´t understand why people needs a "Sandbox" - I all the last twenty years I´ve never had any issue in Cubase without this. I don´t use strange freeware and I check plugins before I use it. P.S: I´m in EDM too - Cubase is absolutely great for this, I prefer Cubase over Abelton. Former Ableton user here. :)

@@Byron101_ However, I would also like a wavetable synth from Steinberg, to be small and light on the processor and a basic piano to throw ideas quickly. And a skratch next to the work table to edit several versions separately, I like the track version but it's on the same work version, and I don't have more listening options to compare. And I would also a skratch for clips like they did Protools for inspiration, not necessarily for construction like in Ableton or Bitwig.

Wavetable synth = HalionSonic: ANIMA and FLUX synths ! please have a look, they are included in Cubase. Piano = HalionSonic: stock pianos, Yamaha SE 90, "The Verve" (Download!), "LoFi Piano" (Download!) , "Novel Piano" (Download!) Highly recommend. Sketch ideas = In Cubase I simply use the "pre area" before "bar 1" for this. I set "- 20 bars" and here I place ideas/snippets/versions/beats/melodies/chord progressions.
