Welcome to Minecraft! Check that! Decked Out Craft! Today begins phase 2 of Decked Out which means we get more Decked Out runs!! We are currently tied for 2nd Place after Phase 1! Let's run the dungeon a few times on medium and hard difficulty to see how we fare!

@@coolwizard22 I don't think that's likely to happen because of how many artifacts there are and how little shards thetop players get. If you have enough shards you won't have enough skills to reach level 4, If you have enough skill you won't bother with level 1,2.

Cub got really unlucky with that artefact. You can get over 30 on level 2, so getting a 24 on level 3 is pretty underwhelming.

i think the artifact is determined by the difficulty not the floor, I watched some getting lvl1 artifact in floor2 because they chose medium difficulty.

Fun fact at 27:50 that jump that cub was trying is actually impossible due to a weird parkour mechanic known as 'tiers'. Basically it's impossible to jump into a 2 block space from certain heights above or below, but possible from others. Great runs tho!

It's great to see each and every run, both successful or failure. Because when you get a run like your successful level 3 run (even with the lack of ravagers and wardens) it makes it all the more entertaining and enjoyable to watch. Here's to more successful, hard/level 3 runs!

It also has pretty good treasue drops, and maybe even easier than some of the other ways. Its just that you need to get through it quickly and without getting caught in the webs. otherwise pretty useful id say

I feel so confident everytime Cub is about to make a hard jump! For some Hermits, I'm like: Ho.. he's/she's gonna miss again and die in the river of souls... again. But Cub's skills are so insane!!

I haven't watched cubfan in years. And I remember in season 4 I sent him a screenshot on facebook of a house I built in crative mode and it was baaad, but at the time I thought it was really cool and asked him to build it in hermitcraft, he didn't, but he responded telling me it was a nice house and he liked the colour pallette. And I still remember it to this day. People like him are the ones that make the minecraft community the best community out there and deserve all tge support in the world.

​@@Gramaa1322he got lucky ravager on second level was stuck and the other ones didn't even show up to the party. Also wardens should have located him after triggering so many sculk sensors. Other than that the rest of the run was pure skill.

It almost felt like Cub had it too easy on that last run. My man encountered exactly 0 Wardens or Vexes, and didn’t see a Ravager on his way back up until he got to the top floor. He still deserved the dub of course and his parkour skills were epic, but I did find myself for the first time rooting for the dungeon lmfao. After watching the nightmare that Hypno went through I was flabbergasted when Cubs level 3 experience was a walk in the park.

As said on discord, this was more exciting than a world soccer match. Our neighbours probably thought we had gone mad at 10 pm under the week :D So well done Cub! You are so good at this game, Parkour vice, but also understanding the mob mechanics etc. etc.! Strong favorite as a Winner of Decked Out 2!

One suggestion in addition to my other comment, when showing the run number can you also put the week/pahse number? Helps keep track of how many you are doing in each phase. Keep up the great work!

Hey cub, about the artifact display for the museum. There's some crossover with what levels the artifacts can appear on. For example, the bionic eye you got from level 3 can also appear on level 2. Maybe it would be better to order them in the number of frost embers they drop, as it's a more standardised system? Don't know if you'll see this but I thought you should know. Congrats on the big win tho!!! ❤

I belive you can sneak and jump and still avoid shireiker detection. Thus might allow you to clear the 1st level faster and with less clank. Just a thought

It’s a fairly precise manoeuvre for just a slight optimisation. It also only useful in the opening section of level 1, as the momentum from the sprintjump carries you forwards on the ice even though you’re crouching. It may not be worth the potential gains because fumbling it would mean activating a shreiker you wouldn’t have triggered otherwise while sneaking.

FYI you cannot purchase more than 1 of each type of victory tome per run. The redstone is set up the same as the cards. Tango mentioned in a live stream he would consider changing it.

Cub makes an interesting point would be funny to have a creeper at the beginning in a minecart that is kept just far enough away to not blow up. But then again tango probably doesnt want to gamble the redstone.

edit: watching that level 3 run was intense! was worried about the missed crown during level 3 but honestly getting out was such a feat honestly been fun, if a bit frustrating watching everyone play decked out, having a bunch of deckbuilding experience I cant help but want someone to do *MY* strategy, even if I know that backseat gaming like that doesnt really help/feel good for anyone... I will say I find the balancing of the 4 main stats to be kinda unique, because you are waiting for cards to be drawn, filling your deck with ember cards (Like I would, because then you can buy "better" cards with lower tier artifacts) might not get you more if your clank and hazard grow out of control and you cant get out with your loot, I will say etho focusing on treasure is an interesting choice because it has a similar idea to frost focused strategy, but holds more "in between" runs as crowns are persistent and embers are not

Cub! Amazing runs, it looks like so much fun! Also a hint- the artifacts aren’t set per location, there are a handful randomized for each location. So you got the lowest value level 3 possible, even the same location could give like 40 embers next run! So excited to see more decked out!!!

You should do a run where you put your deck into the machine, and then change the dificulty selector to deadly. It wont affect your run, but it'll scare anyone who runs the dungeon after you.
