It’s been my dream to sing that. I am a lifelong Cubs fan. I will never forget the day I heard Cookie Monster sing the seventh-inning stretch last year. It just so happens that I was listening to the game all the way down in Jacksonville, I just checked into the hotel, and that was a pleasant surprise. Go Cubs.

They sing that song at Yankee Stadium too. The oraganist would play the tune and the people would sing the song. The words would be on the Jumbotron and all the other digital screens in the stadium. Now of course they would say “root, root root for the Yankees”, since it’s at Yankee Stadium. I’m not sure if they sang it when Babe Ruth played for the Yankees back in the day.
