Part of going to culinary school in Italy of course includes how to make homemade gelato. Today, we learned how to balance a gelato formula. There's lots of math included in making gelato if you want to have a delicious final product with a balance of all the ingredients.
Everyone in my class made different gelato flavors, so it was really fun to try them all!
