Agreed! I am happy someone FINALLY said this! Although the Light Heavyweight Championship was uber forgettable,that match wasn't! And the finish was super scary. Also kudos to Guerrero vs Rios. That was underrated too!

I had King of the Ring on tape and because of some kind of snafu the commentary could be heard only vaguely with the volume turned all the way up. It was like being there in person without the pleasure of actually being there in person.

Question, and I know you'll probably say "No, are you mental!?" anyway but oh well: would you ever consider doing a ranking of the WCW PPV's from certain years as well like you've done with WWE so far? I mean...you'd probably need some VERY strong alcohol to get through a lot of '99 and 2000, but still. Just curious. Apart from that, keep up the good work!

Rumble 2000 is maybe my fave event ever, it had pretty much everything I want from a wrestling show. Shocks, laughs, violence. But I think 20 years of hindsight is blanking you on how over Rikishi and Crash were, 2 of the most popular guys on the roster, which is really saying something back then.

Yeah, I know it's subjective but everything about the 2000 Rumble was perfect from its card to the execution. Fully Loaded was no doubt great too, however, I wouldn't put it ahead of the Rumble or SummerSlam - or Backlash for the matter.

It was still one hell of a spectacle. My family had PPV at the time and we had a party on that night because of WrestleMania. The adults of course weren't really there to watch the show much; my friend, sister and I were glued to the TV the entire time. We had chairs set up in our living room and mostly everybody stopped to check out that Ladder match and the main event. Being such a huge Rock mark, that ending was crushing. Backlash more than made up for it though. WrestleMania 2000 will always hold a special place in my heart.

Wrestlemania 2000 was like me as a kid booking every one of my WWF figures on the PPVs. Raw and Smackdown were limited to 6 matches. PPVs had to include everyone for some reason.
