I was actually chatting about Trinity the other week there, seeing how she was one of the few women who could actually do a shooting star press in the mid 2000's, she fucking ruled. But of course this was WWE during the mid 2000's so they did fuck all with her.

I met DJ Gabriel last night. He’s working in a bar in Shoreditch. Genuinely the nicest guy in the world. Chatted to me and my date about some of his wrestling days, what it’s like to receive the Angle Slam, and posed for a couple of photos with us. Top bloke and seems fine that the wrestling career didn’t quite work out.

Fun thing about Ricky Ortiz, when he first debuted on ECW he was Ricky Atlas but they made him change his name because Tony Atlas was also on ECW at the time and WWE thought it would be too confusing to the fan base

The best part of WWECW is Miz/Morrison. The Dirt Sheet, was an all time favourite program. Winning tag team championships even not in SD or RAW brands. Making ECW relevant given the limited talents in the brand.

Morrison's intros were pretty great. In fact, one of them was like "If I had a dime for every time (something, I forget what, whether it was how many times he got beaten up or how many times he didn't look great or whatever), I would have zero dimes." Which, of course, would go on to be used by Enzo Amore.

Trinity suffered from being in the Diva era. Surprised Ortiz didn't win at least a title, just for having been a member of XFL. Though that could also have been the reason he was jobbed out, with how the original XFL went, Vince didn't want to be reminded. lol. I remember Terkay. I thought him and Burke were a great combo and could have gone far, at least before I saw the writing on the wall of Burke getting his push. Spears has gone through quite a few rebrandings. He was STAN, Gavin Spears, Tye Dillinger, and now Shawn Spears.
