How come whenever that ladder match is brought up, it always has to be mentioned that "We never found out who it was who raised the briefcase". That's because in kayfabe it wouldn't have been anyone significant. It would've just been one of Vince's backstage lackeys doing it under Vince's orders (he's the evil owner of the company don't you know). It was never revealed because it was taken as read that it would've just been Bob backstage who's in charge of rigging up the ladder match stuff, doing it because Vince told him to. The identity would've only been interesting if it had been a wrestler not involved with the Corporation, but as it obviously wouldn't have been, there was no need to explain.

Nothing. Mideon was basically cannon fodder for the Ministry of Darkness and the audience didn't particularly care to see him wrestle, but he wasn't terrible like the IWC would want you to believe. He didn't move around like Ricochet in the ring and that's a good thing.
