This is one episode, I do not have in my Sherlock Holmes, collection. Also, I've never seen this one, either. Love the plot, and at the part, where she was tearing up the ticket, I figured it out (BEFORE Holmes showed, up)!! One thing, I can't put together. How did they know, they were going to win, to be able to collect, on the sweepstakes 🤔??

Read the Sherlock Holmes books! Arthur Conan Doyle writes great stories about the greatest detective, and it's not Batman, lol. The Jeremy Brett TV series is the closest to the books I have ever seen. They literally take some dialogue from the books.

A country where you only get to vote for one candidate for national office doesn't understand what the "split ticket" idiom means in a REAL representative system. How precious.🤣🤣
