Value-added is definitely the play here! I just started my own farm a few months ago but I'm planning to sell 60-70% of what I have fresh and dry the rest so if I have losses I can pull from the surplus. Got a tea line launching next week with just LM, but cordyceps and reishi are next. Keep to up!

Mushrooms are not calorie dence they do have protein but the value is in chemical compounds they make that are beneficial. He showed Lions Mane which is great for the brain.

All my testing with wheat bran caused way more contamination and blocks would get flys faster. Don't use wheat bran in my own opinion. Just add a tablespoon of lime and a tablespoon of gypsum with your soy hulls.
