I would love to see Andy paint all the aspects to a high level! Seeing a "standard" model from a unit painted to a high display level is so good and gives an army painter inspiration on how to make things look good. Can't wait ❤❤

The lighter will make excellent 40k terrain, along with the large trucks from Necromunda. Adds another dimension to the game and a break from L shaped ruins. All the eldar look great but I really loved the Goblins. Been off AOS for a while but would love an army of wolf riders. Deogard Kickstarter is also great and have snapped up a few things. I'm also loking forward to Andy painting the Aspects (you know he will regardless!). Great show.

I love the death riders, I would want to take some of the marshall's bits to kitbash a new Marshal charging. I do wish and hope there will be a scorpion pheonix lord sooner, rather than later. I want to see what they do with it.

When I think of "Eavy Metal" style as high saturation colour schemes. The Kreig paint job (especially the artillery) is more de-saturated. The mounted Marshal is my favourite Kreig preview mini.

Favorite model of the reveal has to be the Empire Engineer with his Hochland Long Rifle being held up by that kid. I know it's an old sculpt, but it does the most for me. Favorite new model(s): I guess the Krieg Command Squad.

I just started converting a goblin chariot using the new wolves and the old chariot and then they have to come out with this lol. not sure I have time to wait and finish painting before next GD.

These all look great. Every now and then, I find my unpainted resin fire dragons. I guess they would make for good practice. Being a fellow War-Wagon-remember-er, I've come to appreciate different armies, etc, as well and have been keen on Eldar recently, but I have masses of stuff to get through and was supposed to be 'narrowing my focus' to 'only' KT, L.I. and 40K agents/marine/nids (which still amounts to a lot!). Good to know they'll be there when I'm ready. Btw, Henry... have you made a start on some Inquisition KT ideas, yet... ?! 😉

The Eldar looked really good, with two exceptions, the Warp Spider Phoenix Lord, the base just made her look lol worthy and Arhiman's face - what were they thinking! The more I look at it, the more I dislike it, and prefer the original models face. The Krieg were alright, if too cartoony and lacking in grit that they're FW versions had in spades, if you pardon the pun. GW seemed to purposely trying to avoid the reference points of the despite them being inspired by all sides of WW1, so that's a failure of research on their behalf. Honestly, I would've much preferred to have Elysian Drop Troops bought back or the Voystarians.
