Who said Tanzanians can't speak English? And who claimed they dislike Kenyans? This clip has completely debunked those notions. For the first time, I feel genuinely proud of our neighbors and see them as true brothers. In fact, part of my Luo family resides across the border. A brother of my grandfather moved from the Migori area to Tanzania and has established a large family there. Watanzania....Asanteni sana❤

The Kenyans are our brothers and sisters, and we love them, they may be better than us in almost everything, very aggressive, we are bongo people cool but not calculative, when Kenyans struggle 2better their lives, they are very aggresive, they see us as passive, some of them look down on us not as individuals, but as a people, a nation, which is really offensive. They are go gettra, the doers, the end justifies the means. We are not like that. The first thing Mwl Julius Kambarage Nyerere did when we got our independence is to abolish chieftainship. No Tanzanian is better than another. He abolished tribolism, n made Kiswahili our national language. That made us Tanzanians, we don describe ourselves as Wasukuma, Wazanaki, Wachaga or Wahindi or Wasomali or Wajaluo. You are born in Tanzania you are our citizen. We have Wamaragoli from Kenya, Wakikuyu who came to Tanzania during maumau freedom fighting, they still reside with us to date. That's how closely nit we are. You speak your language when you identify yourself with them, period otherwise we are Tanzanians, A bahaya from Kagera region can marry a chagga girl or a Digo girl from Tanga. You marry a girl from Zanzibar or Kenya. That way tribal conflicts were abolished, n we look at each as brothers n sisters from Bongoland. In all of East African countries we interact more with Kenyans than any other country, their official language is Kiswahili but they are terrible in it. I remember in one of their TV drama, a woman wanted to ask another question and it went like this; Niulise kiuliso ingine? I was like😮 and then the whole sitting room was like 😅😅😂😂😂!!!!! In our national anthem we pray for Africa first n then for our African brothers and then for Tanzania. Our mwl founding father of our nation was also the founding father of Pan Africanism. We love our neighbours Kenyans as we love all our brothers and sisters in East African countries we hope to have East African Federation soon, no visas to go to our neighbours.

One day in 1995, my x husband went to Tanzania, Darsalaam. On the streets, someone pickpocketed him and he lost his wallet, documents and money. Yes, Tanzanian seem polite but doesn't necessarily mean their politeness is for helping. No one was willing to help him especially with his kenyan english. If it was in Nairobi, oh my, there and then, a fundraiser is done or someone gives you money to travel back. Kenyans are not that rude, it's their way of talking and they also mind their businesses so much. However, they are quick to recognise strangers and help them.

Thanks for the love Tanzanians. You should know that the fighting spirit of Kenyans is the reason why East Africa is developing. We get SGR and your government feels shamed, and they get one, even Museveni felt ashamed and is getting one. And this applies across... we push for what is needed and what can be copied by other East Africans. But we are humble and very respectful. Ni ujinga hatupendi.
@KiangiAriАй бұрын
You are being copied you say?...Mbona hamuachi tribalism and rampant corruption?..Why don't you learn from other East Africans on those issues?
