I just bought some inulin a couple weeks ago and have been adding it to my coffee or soup. I don't remember every day but I figure every time I remember it's good for me. Thanks for the extra info about it!

How is it important to buy organic inulin than just the regular one? I heard that even organic psyllium husk contains more than 20x toxic levels of arsenic and other heavy metals. And prebiotic fiber by nature tends to accumulate heavy metals from the earth many times more that other parts of the plants. So i am afraid the only thing i am able to find organic in my country is chicory root which is 30% inulin. I gonna try adding a lit of it for second ferment will see
