They call this waterfall in Kentucky "The Niagara of the South". It is the largest waterfall by volume in the Eastern United States after Niagra Falls of course! During a full moon, you can catch a moonbow! It's a very rare phenomenon, formed by the mist in the air from the falls. Only 2 naturally occuring moonbows in the whole world & one is at this remote location in Kentucky! I caught the double rainbow in the falls also!

I live in Kentucky. And a great national park here is Mammoth Caves. It has the longest known cave system on earth. Over 400 miles of tunnels. And the scenery is amazing.

Lil one always looks like she appreciates her mama's hugs and comfort. The waterfall looked like a smaller version of Niagara falls, very pretty. Would love to see the Moonbow, but you captured the Sunbow perfectly!

I took a wrong turn leaving those falls about twenty years ago and went on a really long detour which added an extra day onto a drive home. No moon-bow that time but it sure was pretty.

Wow it all came together on this day for you. Beautiful Waterfall the leaves and the rocks along the road were cool. So glad this day was a very good one for you. The tallest waterfall I ever saw was at Rickets Glen State park here in Pa. It was 95 ft tall awesome. It was in the spring saw it was at full force. Thank you for another very cool video. Take care.

SO glad you went there!!!! Thank you. I been trying to figure out where that place was for 30 years. At least! They had wood railings when i went. If there ever is a bear around, lil one will tell you. My dogs acted weird. Curling up an making a strange low growling noise. Peace
