Thanks for posting this. I'm not used to working on the old celect type fuel systems. Going through the injector functionality I stand in awe of the imagination that went into this. Today I was working on an old Cummins M11 engine that has an intermittant no start (cranks but doesn't start). I saw that the fuel pressure was only 25 PSI which I know is what the book says but in my experience they generally don't light off till 50 or so. So I changed the fuel pump. Now I have 30 PSI.

That might be enough but after seeing your vid, I suspect one of those injectors has a broken pressure relief valve and is dumping rail pressure right back to the tank. Tomorrow I'll chase that path. I'll grab a new injector and go down the line until the fuel pressure improves.
