What’s your piston to wall clearance setup? Maybe running even looser setup would hold up better? It’ll rattle like crazy when it’s cold, but should hold better until you start to beat up the cylinder walls over time 😅

Should have put 24v pistons back in also I would pull a couple of degrees of injection timing out of it to help it live a little longer

Would be even cooler to 5.9 block and piston with a 6.7 crank and rods. A 6.4, the 6.4 Cummins motors tend to live longer.
