Weghorst was an ffp loan deal when the club had little option, he did a job and gave a lot to the team's pressing, though he didn't score much we won a trophy and finished 3rd. Players on big wages have to perform its as simple as that, Rashford, Sancho, Casemiro was all on over 300k a week, look at Liverpool highest earners, Trent, Vvd, Mo and Allison who perform at the highest level on a consistent basis, regardless the club offers the players mega wages and many fans will not be wrong in stating they don't deserve it the club was stupid, but as soon as the player starts getting paid those mega wages his role and responsibilities also increase many folds, same applies to the managers. Does Rashford perform like a player on over 300k a week? does Casemiro? did Sancho? for those wages paid to the players they are expected to be putting in 8-10 performances almost every game, not 4-6 every game. When you take the mega wages then you also have to perform no excuses are accepted, and none should be made by the players or the fans for them.

Utd are a shambles for such a legacy club. They were well and truly pumped and dumped at OT. The Cup wins covered the cracks and we're happy for 10 Hag to stay at the helm. He bought the players he wanted and has no excuses. His confrontational in his pressers and makes outrageous claims. Nobody is calling him to order. The mood amongst Utd fans is one of depression. Most want him gone. There's no refunds on the 500M+ spent. 10 Hag is just not good enough for Utd. He hasn't improved a single player through coaching. Our fans singing 10 Hag at the wheel was classic. Its shocking that there's no Klopp hangover and that's down to Arne Slot's winning start. He is a breath of fresh air. His all business and about the results. The team works for one another and are playing with smiles on their faces. Loving what I see and there's better days ahead.
