You are wonderful Sally but sometime you act weird especially when tasting the desserts at the end- then on Sally’s story she put (my main issue with the internet is that it gives everyone a platform to say what they like and don’t think about how it may affect others, I’m just doing my job thats all) That person is so disrespectful.

Just start with half the sugar and keep adding until you get the sweetness and firmness you prefer :)

Adding salt can tone down the sickly sweet aspect of buttercream. It’s best to still use unsalted butter and add salt to taste. Look at recipes that include salt to get an idea of ratios
