The purchase I still remember that really cemented my love of thrifting, was a vintage 50s men’s camel wool coat I found in 1991 at the St. Vincent de Paul society for FIVE bucks! That was way back in the day, when thrift stores were thrifty. Now they can be as expensive as retail. I’ll never forget that coat.

I really enjoy thrift haul videos because it gives me a fix for craving thrifting, without increasing my crazy huge wardrobe!!! And I just donated 23 big black garbage bags of beautiful thrifted clothes!

Wow, loved the styling! The sweater and the coat with The Row vibes are awesome! I went thrifting 2 days in a row and found great stuff, I just compare it with the mass market usual shopping when it’s boring and shopping second hand is always a rewarding treasure hunt: today I found a mustard Zara knitted long dress, 2 pair of fall pants, a vintage elegant long dress and 2 blouses that will go with any pair of jeans and look amazing. All for 15 euros which I find amazing especially since everything is getting more expensive by day. Yesterday I thrifted a jacket and a wool & cashmere cardigan for my daughter who’s almost 5 and for me some fall sweaters that I can’t wait to wear. I wanna wear colours and textures and enjoy all of them!

Way to hot here to even think about fall. Trying hard not to melt in summer. I havent used my thik sweathers in the last 2 years now. For shure the planet is warming up. No fall and winterpieces in our thriftstore now. I love a good cargopant in winter and I love tweed and corduroy. We need raincoats for shure in fall. Even a light one for summer? Love that long coat! I will be on the hunt for some fall camelcolored pieces in september. I love my boots! And a good flanel for fall. That looks like a giant shop. Happy thrifting
