Curd Cake with Raisins (770 gr., cake pan 21 * 10 cm)
80 gr. butter
2 eggs
140 gr cottage cheese (or ricotta)
200 gr. wheat flour, premium
a pinch of salt
160 gr sugar
1 tsp baking powder (without slide)
1/2 lemon zest or vanilla sugar
100 gr. raisins
Bake the cake at 338 F - 1 hour 15 minutes. Baking time and temperature depend on the characteristics of the oven.
