Very valuable information. I use to walk daily average 12000 steps a day. I am 75, 5’11” wt 73 kg from last 40 years, still without any medicine, no problem at all. Daily drinks water 3 glasses empty stomach.I am living in USA, no American can guess my age. Actually I am from your city Patiala. Please continue your precious advice to the people. Dear Dr couple SSA JI . Your information is 100% Right. I m 72 years old and have Diabetic from 32 years. I daily walk very fast as per your study based advice. My fasting blood sugar remains near about 5 Or less( As per Canadian guide lines).But this is due to 10000 or above steps. My walking speed is as you recommended. I diagnosed with Diabetes in 1992. At that time I thought will die after 10 years after diagnosed. But still My blood pressure, heart rate is normal . Even i have no erectile Dysfunctional. Waheguru Tahanu chardhi kla vich rkhe.
