Mam I am 47yrs old, I have irregular periods, I have all joints and back pain problem... I feel lower abdomen very heavy and paining always... In my vegina, i feel something soft ball like, if I push it goes a little bit inside, I don't know what is that and what to do, is that prolapse?? Pls explain 🙏
