Hi Mam, thanku so much for this video. Very well explained and clearly shown. Iam doing sethu bandhasana . So are both same? In that we dnt keep the hands on top, rather just near the thighs. Please clarify mam. Also , is it necessary to raise the heel?

But, intha LOCKDOWN la eruthuthan regular ah ... continues ah YOGA, meditation pandren mam. March to September continues ah panathunala yenaku weight loss aageruku ... and also "FOOD CONTROL & TIME KU THUKKAM " follow panathunala i loss 12 kgs. Baby ki try pandrom. Very informative video madam. For me,the doctor said that I'm almost in second stage prolapse with 3 small fibroids and suggest for uterus removal. I'm 43 years old. I'm taking ayurvedic medicine for fibroids. Shall I do both asanas to avoid uterus removal mam.

S madam .காற்று உள்ள போய் வெளியே வருது.தும்மினால் யூரின் வருது.அடிவயிற்று கணம்.நீங்கள் கூறிய அனைத்து யோகவும் செய்கிறேன்.சில நேரம் உள்ள போகுது சில நேரம் வெளியே ஒரு இஞ்ச் வெளியே வருது.ஆனால் அடி இறங்குற பீல் நல்லா குறைஞ்சிருக்கு மேடம்.மேல் வயிற்று தொப்பை நல்லா குறைஞ்சிருச்சி.அடிவயிறு எனக்கு தொப்பை இல்ல. ஆசன வாய்க்கும் யோனிக்கும் இடையே இட்பகுதியில் மூல கட்டி வீக்கம் எழுமிச்சம் பழம் அளவு உள்ளது.தினமும் மோசன் போகதாதால் வீக்கம் அதிகமாகிறது.அதனால் யூட்ரஸ் நல்லா வெளியே தெரியுது.வயிறு காலியாக இருந்தால் நல்லா உள்ள போயிருது மேடம்.
