Hi Madam thank you for your videos. I have been practicing pranayama and yoga for beginners for about 3 weeks. I feel better and stronger. I have rotator cuff tear, knee pain and foot pain. One of the fundamental points in Pranayama is that the breathing must be diaphragmatic or abdominal. Ie Inspiration - abdomen comes our first and then the chest. In expiration abdomen goes IN. Everything else you describe is excellent!
