all along i was trying to practice this..but only today i was able to really concentrate and follow properly..i have asthma..i'm a nurse too..too much tired most of the time and i couldn't practice it. But i sincerely did it..i will follow and make it a daily routine. Thank you doc😇

Hi Madam thank you for your videos. I have been practicing pranayama and yoga for beginners for about 3 weeks. I feel better and stronger. I have rotator cuff tear, knee pain and foot pain. One of the fundamental points in Pranayama is that the breathing must be diaphragmatic or abdominal. Ie Inspiration - abdomen comes our first and then the chest. In expiration abdomen goes IN. Everything else you describe is excellent!

Thank you Explanation Expression Excellent As you pointed out I feel very easy to inhale and hold but exhale is very quick it ia not possible for me I am suffering from Both CAD and Breathing problems I am 78 yrs though knows but I am not able to put it in practice due to above conditions I am confident that I will improve due course

Dr. I request you kindly advice. I am a hypertensive patient having for last 15 years. Heart surgery (CABG) was done for 5 years back. Is it okay for me to do prayanama hoga. My age is 60.
