i have added this to my routine since three months..not exactly the way the Guru teaches but only one step that is final or third round..but I dont hold breath as i have had heart attack and have a stent in my heart...but this pose helped me to give up Pantakind tablet which I used to take for gastric generated due to aspirin tablet...Very very good pose...you can do shasankasana after this also...

@@vanajakishore3513 as you are saying it is sometimes...check what food you ate prior to that sensation...as it is not continuous it may be related to food mostly...just keep a record of what you are eating and also how you feel everyday in a dairy....i do this..so that if anything goes little awry i can pinpoint....hope this helps...if it is continuous every day then you have to check with doctors

@@anllvr because fruit is sugar. Healthy sugar yes, but too much of anything can be a bad thing. Especially if you are diabetic and struggles regulating sugar. Eating only fruit will leave u missing nutrients and vitamins aswell so will lead to deficiencies aswell as worsening of your diabetes. Its just not the smartest diet

Namaskaram Guruji, Excellent and wonderful easy to follow videos on various yoga poses and its uses, I've been diagnosed with 2 cm Hiatal Hernia and have been having issues with it and other side effects associated with it. Will this yoga pose help me in fixing it or do you suggest any other yoga pose for fixing the issue. Please as well suggest a Yoga pose for bringing High Blood Pressure to Normal range. Hi sir... I am from bgl... After my delivery I had lot of health issues.... I joined in yoga but due to time constrict I am unable to continue... I belive that yoga can cure all... Can you make a video for the following problems asp 1.back pain -due to this I cannot sleep properly, after wake up in the morning I cont even bend my back, it was so rigid. 2.foot pain-morning i can even keep my legs down it's hurts like hell... Bcoz poor blood circulation. 3.tail bone pain-i am unble to sit down.. It hurts if I sit down. Please do combination asans to reduce weight and particular asans to the above problems to do daily... If you do so i will be happeist soul... Thankyou..

Great method of explaining. I would suggest you please include instructions about exhale. Should we exhale from nose only or through mouth. Then after each step should we sit straight for some time and regain normal breathing. Similarly at end of the three steps. My mother used to do this. The simplest variation was to keep a ball of towel on the navel and lie on stomach. This helps in bringing the (dharan - pulse at navel back to centre)
