Nice techniques. I will also give you guys one Mantra technique: close your eyes and internally chant the Mantra SHIVA by being aware of your Navel center (Manipuraka). While inhaling, say internally 'SHI' and while exhaling say 'VA'. Dont forget to focus on Navel center. By doing this, you are vibrating Shiva word in your stomach. You will see in 2 to 5 minutes of internal chanting, your stomach starts making a sound Gutututu... Try this.

An excellent teacher. Old folks take notice. Cleansing the bowel is simply the most important exercise you will ever do. This video & instruction is probably the best I've ever seen on the topic. Oldies especially must be proactive in this matter. If you end up having bowel surgery, your life will be ruined. Get busy!

Also try this video squtting position when doing the bowl movement.There are western medicine(gel ) to make it easy to do bowl movement(dilta fiss + lignocaine hydrochloride jelly - get doctors approval for this). Hope you will be cure soon.

Dear Prashant-Ji, a good alternative for western toilets is something called the “squatty potty”. What it is, is a wooden stool that you put in front of the toilet and by raising your feet up, it brings your pelvis to a better position for the intestines. Many times there is alteration in rectoanal angle with rectocele.While passing stool press perineum inwards towards sacrum and hold it for some. After few minutes you can feel peristaltic wave coming downwards from splenic flexure downwards towards rectum and yes- you do pass stools..Try It works.

So, phisiological, so clear, . Main emphasis is on alignment escaping hurdles in the positioning of rectum. Though your elucidation is highly appreciated, recommended but hard to put in practice. During regular yog classes the peristaltic movement of large intestine is ensured by other yogic postures. But along other videos of yours, the sufferers will definitely benefitted. But it is not entirely postural problem. The loosening of unwanted material is essential. Perhaos your other video must have reflection. You are highly educated, understand each and every aspect of physiological processes. Sir, please try to bring forth how to bring neutrality in digestive system and excretory organs. My own idea is to toning entire vital part of naval and organs surrounding naval. Thanks for elaborate delibrations which lack in Yog fraternity.

I started Asian squats about a year ago. You need to build up the muscles in your ankles, hips etc but you will be able to squat perfectly after a while.Going to the toilet becomes very easy.

Very nice informative video on how to cure constipation by correcting rectum position 👍. I drink warm water with lemon , jeera and fennel seeds soaked overnight every single day since many months sitting in malasana but still it doesn’t clear my bowl properly ….. also use English toilet as I live in UK…… At the same time food here is not as satvik as back home though try to keep it clean and nutritive ….. still struggle to clear my bowl and always feel bloated and constipated 😏………… now on I will practice these additional postures to my existing ones 🧘🏼♀, Thanks for enlightening us as always with all these beneficial yoga techniques🙏🏼🙏🏼

I am from a lower middle class family, we had only Indian toilet, so I could sit very easily on mal hasana pose, but after my marriage my in laws had the western toilet concept and I was not able to use that toilet and for a day or two did not go to washroom at all and the third day, simply sat a mal hasana pose on the western toilet 🤣, till to date wherever I go out, in case wants to use toilet, always sit on mal hasana, this way , when using public toilet or in hotels, can avoid contact of your body to the commode. Thanks for explaining so well sir 😋

If you do malasana on top of western toilet, you are in great danger. Commode will break and you will severely get cut by closet broken parts. Don't do it. It's very dangerous to do malasana on European closet
