Hey Melissa, I have a question for you. I've suffered for years with convergence insufficiency, but now have the opportunity to either do Amblyoplay or Optics Trainer VR. I was curious which you think is the better application to begin working on this issue? I wouldn't be getting any in office training or guidance, it would be all on my own. I also was recently diagnosed with Latent Hyperopia, so I do have to wear glasses with anything close up. Your opinion would help me in that decision. I may give both a try one after another. Either way I'll be referring to your periphery exercise guide to supplement the VR eye training. If you have any current referral code please include that too. Thanks!

Hey there, I would definitely go with optics trainer over amblyoplay for convergence insufficiency. Amblyoplay is great for strengthening a weak eye, but you need practice with stereo.
