Tip: since you don’t lie detangling your hair during wash day ( saaaammme it’s so annoying ) I recommend detangling before you wash your hair and putting it in braids it makes it sooo much easier

You NEED a tangle teezer! I used to use a comb and it would take me literally half an hour to detangle. Now I use a tangle teezer and it’s done in about 5 minutes, no joke. We both have 3b hair so I’m sure it’ll help you too!

I have one but it is too rough for my hair! A wide tooth comb/finger detangling is more gentle

I also hated to detangle my hair. The comb took always probably half of my hair out on every wash. Until I bought a wet brush detangler for curly hair on amazon. It's done faster, easier and saved my hair.

Have you tried the EZ detangler brush? I swore by a wide tooth comb for my daughter and I, and I finally ordered that brush. Sadly, it wasn’t until after I chopped off all of my daughter’s hair. But BAYBEEE! Lemme tell you... that brush does miracles on wash day. Also, having watched your first video and this one in the same day, good job sticking to staying natural. Definitely motivates me to just love on my curls more.

is detangling in the shower really a good way to do it ... ive actually been trying to cut that part out of my routine ... it creates a lot of fallout personally and it literally breaks my heart ..... i noticed detangling with a comb after shower with a wide tooth comb minimizes my fallout BTW YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL WOMAN :) xoxo

Yes, and I hate it! I had to just remove them and start to grow my own natural nails, by buying nail growth products. Well, now its started with going natural with my hair, now my nails... 💝💖🤍💯🙌🏽👏🏽👏🏽

If you use Mixed Chicks Deep Conditioner in the shower instead, you will have absolutely NO tangles and can comb (detangle) it in the shower much easier. It's really amazing and works like magic. I have been using it for over 20 years. I have tried other products during that time but NONE were as good so I always went back to it.

JBCO shampoo knots my hair up so bad ! Mayb you should change that and get a moisture shampoo like creme of nature .. ditch the Aussie and get the JBCO mask by Shea moisture 🙌🏽

YES it used to freak me out but it's actually normal! We shed daily so if you're like me and only detangle when washing your hair, you're seeing days of shedding all coming out at once!

I have a similar curl pattern to you but since I have still some heat damage (I cut a lot of it out and I haven’t straighten it in about 6 months) and I have problems with my hair still staying the same all day and keeping it defined, what do you suggest?

Honestly give it time! If you watch my natural hair journey you'll see pics of when mine was super heat damaged and I just had to let it grow out and go about a year with no heat before i felt comfortable enough to cut off the damaged ends
