@@DoseofDaz I have recently been doing the no oils or butters challenge so I'd really recommend using 'botanical gels' - I really love the Camille Rose Curl Maker and I also the Cantu Define and Shine Custard! I'm always trying out new ones though, such a product junkie lol

Love this routine especially using those clips. I have the same curl pattern so this was really helpful. How do you refresh your curls during the week I'd love to tighten up my refresh routine. Also how do you compare this gel with wetline xtreme or uncle funky's? Thanks!!
@DoseofDaz3 жыл бұрын
Heyy love I’m glad you liked it and it helped!! The same way i style is the same way I’ll refresh - I have a video explaining how i wrap my hair at night which definitely helps keep my curls intake kzbin.info/www/bejne/a3-ufGmXmcpjmac
@DoseofDaz3 жыл бұрын
Otherwise as for refreshing I do the same thing i do when styling - water and either leave in if it’s a small piece or the gel if it’s frizzy - i use as minimal products as possible

Do you think you could recommend some brushes for curly hair that will help to detangle it and won’t rip it out?!
@DoseofDaz3 жыл бұрын
Of course!! This is the brush that I use to detangle my hair - Denman Brush amzn.to/2PEbgpC

Also if you wanna see how i detangle my hair in the shower for minimal breakage I show my routine in this video- kzbin.info/www/bejne/h2PEXmeYbM6bkLc Hope this helps!!

@bri44422 жыл бұрын
Don’t use that denman brush to detangle ur hair. That brush rips it out and it’s only for styling. Use their paddle brush. It’s white and pink and it doesn’t rip ur hair out
@DoseofDaz2 жыл бұрын
@@bri4442 not my experience, my brush works well and helps prevent minimal shedding but thank you for the recommendation I’ll definitely check out the other brush to see how it works.

Wow I will so try this you have my hair texture but I do have some 4a along with my 3b and 3c and my frizz is crazy right now ..but I made two boys who’s curls don’t frizz like mine but they have my hair I don’t get it and also what’s strange when my hair was longer I had 3a parts and my hair was healthier but I went through major depression and I lost hair for two years straight so I am recovering so my hair ain’t what it was back in 2018 and 17 that was the best my hair have been and it was super long
@DoseofDaz3 жыл бұрын
Yeahh our hair changes for sure over the years and texture as well the products we use definitely play a part in that but definitely keep me posted if it works for you !!

@DoseofDaz3 жыл бұрын
My hair usually last 3-4 days the products i use keep my curls tight for a few days but to refresh i literally do what i do in my routines - spray water, take some gel or leave in and retwist, that’s it

What porosity is your hair?
@DoseofDaz3 жыл бұрын
it is mixed some areas are drier then others and some are super absorbent so it really depends on the seasons my hair is constantly changing so can your porosity its really based on your hair health and a bunch of other factors

@differ2122 жыл бұрын
I don’t think that’s right sorry. 3c/4/a are pen size or pen spring wire sized ringlets while 3b are sharpie sized. Meaning you could wrap the hair around those items.
